Contact
Every message is read. Replies can take a few days.
Use email for questions about a project, problems you have run into, requests to delete information, and business enquiries.
You can also send a direct message on Instagram. New readings and short posts about the sixty day pillars are shared there. Follow the account if you would like to see them.
Reporting a problem
It helps a lot if you include:
- which page or tool you were using,
- what you expected to happen and what happened instead,
- the phone or browser you were on.
For Hongsil, please do not send other people's birth details by email. The address of the reading page is enough for us to look into it.
